We're here!

After a 3 hour delay on our flight out of JFK, we arrived in Israel Tuesday around 3 PM local time. Everyone agrees that a short delay is a small price to pay for a FREE trip to Israel, and the whole group is in good spirits. Scott Weinreb is excited to share his impressions of our first day in Israel:

Our tour guide Itai started off the tour of the desert with a very interesting interpretation. He explained that, as our ancestors did 4000 years ago, we have begun our own exodus in the desert, searching to find our own personal experience in the land of Israel. I'm very excited to start my personal journey with a trip to Ben Gurion's grave and the heart of the Negev desert tomorrow. That's all for now (Hi Mom and Dad)

Check out two photos from today! More soon...
